Short Description: We are seeking for qualified Client Manager, the person who will be in close touch with our main asset – our clients. You will be involved in pre-sales, consulting activity, managing company’s services and preparation courses, supporting clients needs and replying their inquires. The work is intensive, focused mainly on the result.
Main responsibilities:
Getting and managing clients' inquires through email, phones, meeting on top MBA events.
Promotion and Business development of services on: web-sites, MBA events, partners.
CRM update and adding new contacts. Analytical reports regarding c - activity, new services.
Preparation of advertisement materials, promotional booklets etc. Organization of top MBA and career events for prospective clients.
Verbal, writing English translation.
Requirements:
Full-time job in Kyiv.
At least 1 year of experience in related professional fields or graduated student with advanced skills in corresponding spheres of activity.
Excellent communication skills. To feel good on this position you should be very client oriented and industrious.
English proficiency. High level of business writing, speaking and presentation English. High results proved by tests and international certificates (TOEFL, FCE, CAE, IELTS) will be benefit.
PC proficiency on advanced level: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook.
Punctuality, honesty, ability to work under time pressure and under strict deadlines, communicativeness; to be respectful to clients.
Graduate students could apply but only on the full-time job conditions.
